To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account with pjs168. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly forbidden. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, and any balances may be forfeited. This prohibition includes accounts created for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or promotional offers.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all such activities. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. You may only withdraw funds to accounts registered in your own name. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited with pjs168 in the six months prior to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pjs168, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any rights of a third party, or any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.
pjs168 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, or extended periods of inactivity. Upon termination, you forfeit all rights to use the platform, and any pending bets may be voided at our discretion. If your account is terminated for breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support, provided you have no outstanding obligations or pending bets.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
pjs168 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications outages, or interruptions in third-party services.
